Last updated:

These terms apply to the use of nebulairis.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who operates the site

The site is operated by Nebula Iris Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong, Company No. 81086788, registered office: Unit G15, Tin Hau Apple SOLO, 14 Kings Road, Tin Hau, Hong Kong. Contact: info@nebulairis.com.

2. What the site is for

The site gives general information about the company and its line of business, and lets companies send a request. It is addressed to businesses, not to consumers.

Nothing on the site is an offer or a binding commitment. Any arrangement with the company is made in writing, and its terms are those of the written agreement.

3. Requests sent through the site

Sending a request does not create a contract and does not oblige either side to enter into one. Please give accurate information and do not send confidential material, personal data of other people beyond what a reply needs, or anything unlawful.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, design, graphics and logo on the site belong to the company or are used with permission. You may view the site and quote from it with a reference to the source. Any other copying, alteration or commercial use needs our written consent.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to disrupt the site, gain access to parts that are not public, send automated requests that load it unreasonably, or use it to send spam.

6. Accuracy and liability

We take care to keep the information correct, but it is general and may change without notice. The site is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, the company is not liable for loss arising from the use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over disputes about the site, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.

9. Changes and language

We may change these terms; the version published here with its date applies from then on. The terms exist in English and Traditional Chinese; if the two differ, the English text prevails.
